Current Projects
 
In 2023, Christina took her side hustle in UX to full-time status as a freelance consultant and founder. She is currently working on launching the website of her purpose-driven design collective called the UX Marketing Lab, which helps small businesses, marketing executives and entrepreneurs from underrepresented backgrounds validate their ideas using human-centered research methods.
Past projects
 
Since she pivoted to UX Design in 2021, Christina took on freelance projects in UX while working full time in Marketing. During this time, she became an “intrapreneur” and began using her influential leadership position to advocate for UX projects and people. Check out a few of her case studies below:
In 2022, she led a year-long rebrand and homepage redesign for an online media publisher. This helped the brand increase CTR and revenue while saving in-house developer time by 95%.

In 2021, she conducted a research project to address functional issues on the most important page on a retail brand’s site - the conversion page - right before the holiday season. Her handoff presentation included actionable steps to increase conversion rate and consumer value.

In 2021, she led a brand refresh and website redesign for the front and the backend for a digital media brand. This helped the client reposition for it’s B2B audience, resulting in increased conversions and revenue.

Achievements
 
Christina holds a continued education certificate in UX Design which she completed in 2021. She also holds an MBA and B.S. in Marketing with a specialization on international marketing and digital media communications, completed in 2016.
